Sometimes, installing a new version of LibKey Nomad can result in the library selection screen to not appear. Here are steps to fix this issue for each supported browser.
Chrome
- Click the Puzzle Piece next to the address bar to display the installed add-ons
- Click the pushpin icon to pin the extension to your browser bar
- Click LibKey Nomad to display the Select Organization screen in either the list of extensions, or by clicking the Nomad icon in the toolbar
- Click and select your organization from the dropdown list that appears
Firefox
- Right click in the area to the right of the three line / “hamburger” menu and click ‘Customize’
- Click and hold on ‘Welcome to LibKey Nomad’
- Drag and Drop ‘Welcome to LibKey Nomad’ to the toolbar area where you chose Customize
- Click ‘Done’ in the lower right corner of the browser window
- Click the LibKey Nomad icon you just dragged
- Click and select your organization from the dropdown list that appears
