Per the Web Of Science OpenURL linking support page, setting up openURL linking in WoS is done via an email request to the Clarivate support desk requesting to activate OpenURL linking.
The email address to contact is AGEntitlements@clarivate.com.
The request should include:
- The base URL of your OpenURL server: https://libkey.io/libraries/<LIBRARY_ID>/openurl
- Hover text (what users see if they hover over the image, example Full Text @ University College)
- Image URL - If you want a custom image for the OpenURL button, you will need to host the image on your end and then provide us with the URL. The image should be 55 pixels wide by 20 pixels high. The image format can be .gif, .jpg, .png, or .svg. Bigger images will be shrunk to those approximate dimensions.
