Develop a DOI lookup via the Nomad plugin, similar to Google's DOI resolver plugin: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/doi-resolver/goanbaknlbojfglcepjnankoobfakbpg
The use case would be for sites that have DOIs but are not supported by Nomad, or on publisher pages where there are citation lists, for example, so that users could easily highlight the DOI, click on Nomad, and paste the DOI into a search box rather than launching a new page to access LibKey.io. Ideally this would be accessible by simply clicking on the Nomad plugin icon, and the functionality to "Change Libraries" could be presented as a link under the DOI search box.
