BrowZine provides tables of contents for many long-running journals, but only back to 2005. After that, there comes a link "See all":
This link points back to the link resolver of the institution.
I wonder, if it wouldn't be a better user experience, if the link would be pointing to the journals homepage, where the institution has the subscription. Thus the user gets access to older TOCs directly and doesn't have to make a turnaround via the institutions link resolver.
